About our apartment

Located in the heart of the bustling market town lies this charming 2-bedroom self-contained apartment, situated in this beautiful historic listed building dating back nearly 500 years. Just metres away from your front door is Kendal’s main high street hosting an abundance of shops bars and restaurants. The apartment has a spacious and warm homely feeling, being sympathetically renovated to a high standard retaining many original features including oak beams and wonky floors and ceilings.

The apartment includes two double bedrooms, the master comprising of king-size bed with seating area, and the 2nd bedroom with two single beds.

The lounge has two comfy sofas, smart TV, DVD player, free WiFi and dining area.

The kitchen has oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, and fridge and all the utensil for a holiday apartment you will need if you want to eat in.

The bathroom has a large bath with overhead shower and shaver point.

  • Minimum 3 nights stay, 10% discount on bookings of 7 nights and over.
  • 50% deposit due at booking full balance to be received 30 days prior to arrival.
